My week

Weigh ins lately have been good. I was stalling for what seemed like the longest time and last week I weighed in 3 pounds lighter!   I just bought "The Obesity Code" by Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution by Dr. Richard K.
